This frame was etched with acid wash primer, sealed with a white epoxy, then several coats of “Sparklescent Mango” to start. Three coats of Orange heavy flake in a clear base were applied finished off by 4-coats of Urethane Clear.

The tank was painted black, scallop graphics hand laid out with tank on rolling chassis to get lines perfect. The black was mask off and after a dusting of white base 5-coats of Auto Air Color “Sparklescent Mango” was applied. The white helps the orange cover. The “ORANGE CRUSH” was airbrushed across the tank with the help of a machine cut stencil. Two coats of clear base were applied over the tank and then the scallop design was shadowed with a grey pearl. Five coats of Urethane clear were then applied.

The rear fender was painted black, and then a pin stripe was laid out on both sides and met in the middle where it was formed into an “arrow.” The Mango color was applied with the airbrush. Five coats of Urethane clear were then applied.

All paint was wet sanded 100% free of orange peel and imperfections then polished to a mirror shine. This bike was hand built by the owner who made several of the parts on this bike.
